Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

As a Senior Engineer at Sansera Engineering, you will be responsible for leading and managing engineering projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with other engineers, technicians, and project managers to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. In addition, you will be expected to provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and contribute to the overall success of the engineering team.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Leading engineering projects from start to finish, including design, development, testing, and implementation
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that project requirements are met
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Conducting research and development activities to support new product and technology initiatives
- Collaborating with suppliers and vendors to source materials and components for projects
- Participating in design reviews and engineering meetings to provide input and feedback on project progress
- Developing and maintaining documentation and reports for all engineering projects

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- A bachelors degree in engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a similar engineering role
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools
- A strong understanding of engineering principles and best practices
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred
