1. Utilize CMM equipment to perform accurate and thorough dimensional inspections of machined parts and assemblies.
2. Develop and maintain CMM programs to support production and First Article Inspection (FAI) requirements.
3. Analyze measurement data and generate reports to communicate inspection findings to internal stakeholders.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, driving continuous improvement in the manufacturing process.
5. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address non-conformities and deviations.
6. Uphold compliance with industry quality standards and regulations, including ISO 9001 and AS9100.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in engineering or a related technical field. - Strong proficiency in operating and programming CMM equipment, with experience in PC-DMIS software preferred. - Knowledge of GDT principles and metrology techniques. - Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control methods. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
