Production Planning Engineer

Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with production team to ensure that all resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower, are available and utilized effectively
- Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase productivity and reduce waste
- Collaborate with suppliers to manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Work with other departments, such as design and quality assurance, to ensure that production plans align with company goals and standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in production planning and implement new strategies as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in engineering or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in production planning or manufacturing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
