Job Description:
As a Techno Commercial Manager at Sansera Engineering, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between technical and commercial aspects of our business. You will work closely with the engineering and sales teams to ensure that our products and services are not only technologically advanced but also commercially viable.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Price finalization based on Costing and having Techno Commercial discussion with Supplier.
Developing alternate supplier based on the need basis.
Initiatives of Cost reduction activities.
Evaluating technical proposals and providing commercial input to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
Analyzing market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify potential opportunities and risks.
Developing pricing strategies and conducting cost-benefit analysis to maximize profitability and market competitiveness.
Leading negotiations with suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions for the company.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and industry partners.
Conducting regular reviews of commercial and technical performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a techno-commercial role, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering industry.
Must have in-depth knowledge of Machining, Fabrication and mechanical component procurement.
Must have Basic SAP knowledge (MM Module).
Exposed to work and coordinate with CFT. Must have Costing knowledge and Mechanical commodity Prices exposure in line with Market Price.
Proven track record of driving commercial success through effective negotiation, pricing, and market analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
