As a Senior Engineer Project Management at Sansera Engineering, you will be responsible for leading and managing engineering projects from start to finish. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, as well as ensuring that project deliverables meet customer requirements and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all project milestones are met within the given time frame. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain, to ensure that project objectives are aligned and that resources are effectively utilized. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track project progress against established targets. - Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to address potential issues and challenges. - Communicate project status, issues, and risks to key stakeholders and provide recommendations for addressing any project-related concerns. - Ensure that project deliverables meet customer requirements and expectations, and that all quality standards are met. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the automotive industry. - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams and communicate project status to key stakeholders. - Proven ability to develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules, and track project progress against established targets. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on identifying and mitigating project risks. - Familiarity with industry-standard project management tools and methodologies.
