  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products and services to customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Review of contracts and discuss with customers .
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Generate leads through market research, networking, and customer visits.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Assist in developing marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with CFT team to execute the new projects .
  • Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to address customer requirements.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations based on customer requirements.
  • Assist in pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness while maintaining profitability.
  • Collaborate with production, and finance teams for seamless order execution.
  • Prepare regular reports on market trends, sales performance, and customer feedback.
  • Provide insights to senior team for strategic decision-making.
  • Identify the training needs for marketing department personnel.

Creation of MIS reports-Monthly basis

Technical and industry knowledge, Manufacturing process understanding, Market and competitor knowledge, Pricing strategy, Lead generation and conversion,CRM,B2B sales ,Trade shows and events managements, leadership skills, problem solving and technical analysis, adaptability and quick learning .
