Job Description
- Prepare Annual Budget for Training, QC, Kaizen and Track monthly expenses.
- Identify training needs aligned with Business Objectives in collaboration with Departmental Heads.
- Prepare Annual / Monthly training plan, and circulate the same to all HODs and Take the nominations inline with TNI.
- Identifying suitable/ Subject experts /Faculty as applicable.
- Identify Develop internal Trainers.
- Ensure the minimum Training manhours i.e. Per Employee/ Year/ 2
- To make necessary arrangements for all the Internal /External Training programs.
- Maintain / Retain Training related Documents Records/MIS/MRM Presentation
- Capturing Major Training programs Return on Investment (ROI).
- Conduct / Coordinate Induction Training On the job training for New Employees.
- Upgrade training methodology continually by adopting latest technologies including AI and videos.
- Co-ordinate for Continual improvements projects (QC Kaizen) across the Plant.
- Organize Intra-Plant Skill Olympics Coordinate for interplant skill Olympics
- Face applicable standards Audits Ensure completion of actions for observations / NCRs related to QMS, EMS, OHSMS, EnMS and Customer audits.
- Support Employee Engagement
