Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop efficient and high-quality engineering solutions for our clients. This involves working on various projects related to precision machining, forging, castings, and fabrication.
2. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate technical proficiency in areas such as CAD/CAM, finite element analysis, product development, and testing. Utilize your knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.
3. Process Improvement: Continuously improve manufacturing processes by analyzing data, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
4. Project Management: Take ownership of projects from inception to completion, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking progress. Ensure that projects are delivered within the stipulated timeframe while adhering to budgetary constraints.
5. Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous quality checks, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Assist in root cause analysis for quality-related concerns and implement corrective actions.
6. Documentation: Prepare accurate technical documentation, including engineering drawings, specifications, project reports, and analysis findings. Maintain comprehensive records of project milestones, design changes, and customer feedback.
7. Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, procurement, and sales, to provide technical support, respond to customer inquiries, and address any engineering-related concerns.
8. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest advancements in engineering technology, processes, and market trends. Engage in professional development activities to enhance your skill set and contribute to the development of the engineering department.
Qualifications:
1. Education: A Bachelors in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering is required.
2. Experience: Minimum of 0-1 years
4. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex engineering problems, develop innovative solutions, and effectively communicate them to the team. Strong data analysis, critical thinking, and decision-making skills are essential.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present ideas, convey technical information clearly, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
