The Global MS Services acts as a cornerstone to this effort. Our team is responsible for delivering and supporting Global MS teams by acting as a crucial link between our RD and Manufacturing facilities, playing a vital role in securing the present portfolio and delivering future launches of high-quality and innovative drugs and vaccines.

Main responsibilities:

Ensure reports adhere to style guidelines and maintain consistent formatting
Attach and include all relevant supplementary materials and appendices
Oversee and manage document ownership, updating records and ensuring compliance with protocols
Obtain report approval, final reviewer agreement, and necessary signatures or electronic approvals via CMS/Veeva
Review and correct grammatical and typographical errors in reports
Provide training on good documentation practices and rules
Review and adjust user access rights to ensure required documentation management and security
Launch and manage the review workflow, sharing files with the required audience and handling feedback in CMS

About you

Experience : Professional experience in general documentation
Soft skills : Proficient in problem-solving, attention to detail, and good organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a flexible and proactive manner. Strong analytical skills. Agile thinker and learner, adaptable to complex dynamic environments
Technical skills : Strong skills in QMS system, Word, Excel, Power Point
Education : Bachelors degree (preferably in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related field)
Languages : Excellent English communication and writing, French or other Languages in addition preferred
