Education : - Any Graduation with Excellent communication skills.
Experience :- 2 to 4 years in sales of industrial Electrical products (Control Panels , Energy meters, Cables, Automation Products)
- Client Acquisition: Identifying and prospecting potential corporate clients, which may involve cold calling, lead generation, and networking.
- Sales Presentations: Delivering product or service presentations to corporate clients, highlighting how the offering can meet their specific business needs and objectives.
- Needs Analysis: Understanding the unique needs and challenges of each corporate client and tailoring sales solutions accordingly.
- Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with corporate clients by providing excellent service, ongoing support, and personalized solutions.
- Quota Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets, revenue goals, and sales quotas set by the organization.
- Solution Selling: Positioning products or services as solutions to address business problems and needs, rather than just as commodities.
- Product Knowledge: Maintaining a deep understanding of the products or services being sold and staying informed about industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with corporate clients and successfully closing deals.
- Account Management: Managing and servicing existing corporate accounts, including upselling, cross-selling, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Staying updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
