Education : - Any Graduation with Excellent communication skills.
Experience :- 2 to 4 years in sales of industrial Electrical products (Control Panels , Energy meters, Cables, Automation Products)
Client Acquisition: Identifying and prospecting potential corporate clients, which may involve cold calling, lead generation, and networking.
Sales Presentations: Delivering product or service presentations to corporate clients, highlighting how the offering can meet their specific business needs and objectives.
Needs Analysis: Understanding the unique needs and challenges of each corporate client and tailoring sales solutions accordingly.
Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with corporate clients by providing excellent service, ongoing support, and personalized solutions.
Quota Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets, revenue goals, and sales quotas set by the organization.
Solution Selling: Positioning products or services as solutions to address business problems and needs, rather than just as commodities.
Product Knowledge: Maintaining a deep understanding of the products or services being sold and staying informed about industry trends and competitive offerings.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with corporate clients and successfully closing deals.
