Brand Manager/ Content Writer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with company goals.
• Define brand positioning, identity, and messaging based on market trends and customer insights.
• Create brand guidelines for consistency in marketing, advertising, and design materials.

2. Marketing Campaigns & Promotions:

• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and sales.
• Work with creative teams to produce promotional materials, including ads, videos, and social

media content.

• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and performance tracking.

3. Product & Brand Management:

• Lead product launches and promotional events.
• Collaborate with product development and R&D teams to ensure products align with brand

values.

• Monitor product performance and suggest improvements based on customer feedback and market analysis.

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

• Conduct regular market research and competitor benchmarking.
• Identify industry trends, customer preferences, and market opportunities.
• Use data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and brand performance.

5. Communication & Public Relations:

• Develop brand communication strategies, including PR, social media, and influencer

partnerships.

• Build relationships with media outlets and oversee press releases and events.
• Act as the brand spokesperson when needed.

6. Digital & Social Media Presence:

• Manage online brand presence, including website content, social media, and digital campaigns.
• Track online performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media

insights.

• Optimize campaigns for higher engagement, conversion rates, and brand loyalty.

7. Stakeholder & Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, product development, and customer service.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and creative partners.
• Lead and mentor marketing team members where applicable.

8. Budget & Performance Management:

• Develop and manage the brands marketing budget.
• Ensure optimal use of resources for campaigns and initiatives.
• Provide reports on brand performance, campaign ROI, and customer engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a

related field.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, and analytics platforms.

Technical Skills:

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA/BBA in Marketing or a related field, or Relevant Certifications
• Certifications in Brand Management, Digital Marketing, or Marketing Analytics (e.g., CIM,

AMA).

• Experience working in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), retail, or tech industries.
