Job Description

As a Field Sales Executive for Building Products, you will be responsible for developing and executing field sales strategies that drive brand awareness, product adoption, and customer engagement. You will work closely with the sales team, distributors, contractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure the successful promotion of our building products in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Field Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement field marketing plans to promote building products in line with company objectives and market trends.

- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and track competitor activities in the construction industry.

- Channel Partner Support: Collaborate with distributors, contractors, and other channel partners to enhance product visibility and ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.

- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to drive product sales.

- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, gather feedback, and provide insights to the product development and sales teams.

- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of the building products market and construction industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
