Sales Consultant - New Cars

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Consultant to join our team in Pune, Bhosari. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, a strong understanding of the new car market, and a proven track record in sales. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service to help clients find their perfect vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Customer Service: Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the process of purchasing a new car.
• Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information about the features, specifications, and benefits of various car models to customers.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by proactively reaching out to potential clients and closing sales.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
• Test Drives & Presentations: Organize and conduct test drives for interested customers and provide expert advice on car selection.
• Market Research: Stay updated with the latest automobile industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
• Documentation & Administration: Ensure accurate completion of all sales paperwork, vehicle registration, and related documentation.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and management to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient sales processes.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automobile industry (new car sales experience is a plus).
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers.
• Knowledge: A solid understanding of new car models, features, and the latest trends in the automobile market.
• Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
• Customer Focused: Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Pune, Bhosari.

Educational Qualification:

• A graduate degree or equivalent (preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration).
