Job Description
- We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist with 5 to 6 years of experience in bulk hiring to join our dynamic team.
- As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring high-quality candidates for various positions within our organization, with a focus on bulk hiring needs.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates for bulk hiring requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create comprehensive recruitment plans.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and remotely, with candidates at various stages of the recruitment process.
- Manage the candidate s experience from initial contact through offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all applicants.
- Partner with HR colleagues to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions using our applicant tracking system.
- Emphasizing data analytics as a crucial component of talent acquisition strategies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve our recruitment processes and strategies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
