Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term, strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell products, driving additional sales and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, product development, and customer service) to deliver tailored product solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Monitor client data and account performance to identify growth opportunities, applying analytical rigor to provide actionable insights.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, proactively addressing issues and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Track and report on key account performance using Excel and other analytical tools to assess trends and improvements.
  • Provide ongoing support to key accounts by sharing product information, researching new opportunities, and suggesting service improvements based on client feedback.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to anticipate and meet client expectations.
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings, enhancing brand presence and strengthening partnerships.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Key Account Management or similar sales roles, preferably within the luxury or jewellery sector.
  • Proven ability to manage high-value accounts, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify growth opportunities for clients.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi is required. Proficiency in Malayalam is preferred.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to client management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-driven, outcome-focused, and capable of managing multiple accounts independently while ensuring end-to-end client service delivery.
