Provide pricing guidance and support Sales Cluster assigned to achieve the pricing targets set
Assure to plan and follow-up the price and discount processes for the whole cluster assigned
Proactively update Sales Clusters on the complete overview of price and discounts status and recommend corrective action if any applicable
Regularly provide total Sales Cluster overview to the Pricing Manager and Sales Cluster management and force, including analysis of impacts, proposals on corrective actions
To monitor and follow-up the discount trends and to perform discount benchmarking activities for the Sales Cluster
Actively participate / execute annual Price planning process for the designated Sales Cluster
Provide input on structural changes in product price positioning to the assigned Sales Cluster
Ensure price conditions are implemented in the assigned Sales Cluster in due time
Actively collect and consolidate local pricing information about competition from assigned Sales Cluster and provide summary to Pricing manager
Ensure and enhance price performance through systems implementation, as well as process improvement.
To execute pricing activities related to business strategies in Sales Cluster and track the discount and pricing deviations
To communicate and provide information and sharing knowledge to the Sales Cluster on price & discount Management, price lists, price & discount groups changes, new products price positioning and new SR agreements to be implemented
Develop Price & Discount simulations for local customers, Key Accounts, Cross-border Accounts & different types of projects with pricing component involved for the Sales Cluster

Required competencies:

Proficiency in MS Office Software. SAP knowledge is advantage.

Experience:
Professional experience with at least 5-8 years in Pricing and/or Sales.
Education:
University degree in relevant field or either Business, Economics/Marketing.
