Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to clients, understand their requirements, and provide solutions.
  
• Identify potential customers' needs through effective communication.
  
• Build rapport with clients by understanding their concerns and preferences.
  
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
  
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by management.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or sales background preferred.
  
• Excellent communication clarity, active listening, emotional intelligence, problem-solving skills required.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; strong time management skills essential.
