Business Analyst with exp in Telecom domain with PEGA and Azure exp

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst with experience in the Telecom domain and expertise in PEGA and Azure to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that business solutions align with customer needs and project objectives. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business and IT, driving the development and optimization of telecom solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and technical teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and processes.
• Elicit, document, and communicate functional and non-functional requirements related to telecom solutions, focusing on PEGA and Azure platforms.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to identify business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Solution Design & Process Optimization: Assist in designing telecom solutions based on business needs, ensuring alignment with PEGA and Azure capabilities.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend process improvements and automation strategies within the telecom domain.
• Develop use cases, user stories, and business process models to ensure effective communication with stakeholders and the development team.
• PEGA & Azure Expertise: Provide expertise in PEGA platform for business process management (BPM) and customer relationship management (CRM).
• Assist in configuring PEGA applications and workflows based on business requirements.
• Support integration efforts with Azure cloud services, ensuring smooth data flows, applications, and system integrations.
• Work with technical teams to ensure the solution meets scalability, security, and performance requirements in a cloud environment
• Stakeholder Management & Reporting: Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues. Maintain clear and concise documentation of business and functional requirements, process flows, and technical specifications.
• Training & Support: Assist in the development of training materials for end-users and support teams. Provide ongoing support for telecom solutions post-implementation, addressing user inquiries and troubleshooting issues.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced certifications in Business Analysis or Telecom solutions are a plus.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Telecom industry, working on projects related to BSS/OSS, CRM, or network systems.
• Hands-on experience with PEGA BPM or CRM tools for process automation and workflow design.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services, including integrations, data management, and cloud-based architectures.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in business analysis techniques such as requirements elicitation, use case development, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies. Knowledge of telecom billing systems, customer service platforms, and network management solutions. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications.
• Certifications: PEGA Business Analyst (PBA) or similar certifications are a plus. Azure certifications are a bonus.
