Immediate Hiring for SAP HCM -US Payroll

Job Title : SAP HCM -US Payroll

Experience : 9+ years

Location : Chennai/Bengaluru

Availability: Immediate to 15 days

Key Responsibilities:

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field. SAP HCM certification is highly preferred.
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM modules, including PA, OM, TM,Payroll, and Benefits. 
3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve system issues.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with end-users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
5. Project Management: Experience in managing SAP HCM projects, including planning, execution, delivery and implementation experience for 2 + projects.

6. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
7. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
8. Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of HR compliance requirements and regulations, including data privacy and security.
