We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to streamline our finance processes in India. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in finance, excellent communication skills, and relevant industry experience. The ideal candidate will bring an ability to learn and adapt quickly, ensuring efficient financial operations and supporting the growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Streamline and optimize finance processes for India operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to align with company goals.Conduct detailed financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate financial data and influence business decisions.
Manage accounting activities, including accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and month-end closing processes.
Qualifications:
