International Sales Role - BPO (0-2 yrs)

- Working Days- :5 days (2 off in a week)

- Shift Timings- : Rotational

- Responsibilities :

- We need someone who has worked in BPO for minimum international sales outbound calls.

- Responsible for own as well as team sales performance

- Experience in managing and directing a sales team

- Responsible for smooth functioning of inter-departmental work flow

- Responsible for business development planning and implementing strategies

- Provides on-going feedback to help develop and train Client Service Executives to encourage, motivate and improve their performance.

- Randomly monitor Client Service Executive calls to ensure client standards are being maintained.

- Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to client account management

- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to client needs and objectives

- Working on post-production.

- Building new business relationships using existing industry contacts.

- Develop a trusted advisor relationship within key account clients and internal team of organization
