Telesales Role (0-2 yrs)

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.

- Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

- Maintain a strong knowledge of the products and services offered to effectively communicate their benefits.

- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

- Follow up with prospects to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support.
