Workday Extend Developer (5-10 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Workday Extend solutions to meet specific business requirements.

- Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications for Workday Extend development.

- Develop and maintain integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems using Workday Extend.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday Extend implementations.

- Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.

- Stay current on the latest Workday Extend features and best practices.

- Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, project managers, and other technical teams.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience developing and implementing Workday Extend solutions.

- Strong understanding of Workday core HCM modules (e., Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting).

- Experience with Workday Studio and the Workday Integration Platform.

- Proficiency in XML, XSLT, Java, and other relevant programming languages.

- Experience with database technologies (e., SQL, Oracle).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Skills :

- Experience with Workday Reporting and Analytics.

- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e., AWS, Azure).

- Workday certifications (e., Workday HCM, Workday Extend)
