Boomi UKG Integration Consultant (5-10 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations between UKG applications (e. , Pro, Workforce Central, Dimensions) and other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, Payroll, Benefits, and HRIS.

- Develop and maintain integration flows using Boomi AtomSphere platform, including data mapping, transformations, error handling, and monitoring.

- Collaborate with business analysts, system architects, and UKG functional experts to gather requirements, analyze integration needs, and define technical specifications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including data quality problems, performance bottlenecks, and system errors.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Ensure data integrity and security throughout the integration process.

- Document integration designs, processes, and procedures.

- Stay current with the latest advancements in Boomi AtomSphere platform and UKG integrations.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing integrations using Boomi AtomSphere platform.

- Strong understanding of UKG HCM applications (Pro, Workforce Central, Dimensions) and their data structures.

- Expertise in developing and maintaining integration flows using Boomi connectors, scripts, and other platform features.

- Excellent knowledge of data integration principles, including data mapping, transformations, and data quality.

- Proficiency in SQL and other scripting languages.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Skills :

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Experience with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with API development and RESTful services.

- Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.

- Certifications in Boomi AtomSphere or UKG HCM
