Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Civil Engineer (Project In-Charge) who will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, manage materials, supervise execution, handle billing, and ensure timely completion of the project within budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution:
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resources to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless workflow.
• Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Client Coordination & Communication:
• Prepare and send official letters, reports, and updates to the client regarding project progress, approvals, and concerns.
• Attend client meetings and ensure alignment with their expectations and contractual obligations.
• Handle client escalations and provide timely resolutions.
• Material & Resource Management:
• Plan, procure, and manage materials to avoid shortages or delays.
• Ensure quality checks for all incoming materials and maintain inventory records.
• Optimize resource allocation to maintain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Billing & Documentation:
• Prepare and verify bills, invoices, and measurements for client submission and contractor payments.
• Maintain proper documentation of work progress, approvals, material consumption, and payments.
• Ensure all statutory and contractual documentation is in place.
• Site Supervision & Quality Control:
• Oversee site activities to ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.
• Implement best practices to enhance productivity and minimize wastage.
• Resolve technical issues that arise during project execution.
• Safety & Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with safety norms, legal regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Conduct regular safety briefings and enforce adherence to safety policies.
