Senior Officer - Planning

1. Inventory Management

Responsible for AT Kamiliant brands orders route through warehouse liquidating excessive stocks.

Ensuring direct shipment routed through warehouse is despatched in designated timeline.

1. Order Management Procurement

Order Placement for Promotion season - Summer winter, other AT Kamilaint products and arrange timely shipment.

Ensuring excess quantities is consumed first before placing any new order or discuss plan with sales time on consumption of excess quantities.

1. Internal External Coordination

Coordinate with the marketing teams to understand the product development.

Coordinate with Asia/India team for codification Quotation.

Coordinate with Exim Team.

Coordinating with all suppliers for shipments.

Handling shortage claims shipped for Direct shipments.

Handle queries of distributors.

1. System Process

Optimization of systems with the help of IT team.

Assist in setting processes to simplify the system.

1. MIS

Maintaining updating MIS.

Create MIS department reports as per management request.

Education

Graduate, Post-graduate in supply chain/logistics/Import Export.

Experience Requirements

4+ years of experience in procurement distribution planning.

Handled multiple brands, products.

Knowledge of 3PL warehousing.

Ability to multitask strong in coordination.
