Sr. Executive - Supply planning | Mumbai

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

About the Role:

• The Sr. Executive -Supply Planning is responsible for efficiently managing inventory at the warehouse , co-ordination with procurement colleagues and ensuring the indents are delivered timely.
• Manager - Procurement. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain the inventory at assigned warehouse as per stock limits
• Study the indents received from the branches and ensure that items are dispatched within the timelines and branches are updated.
• Coordinate between logistics team and warehousing team for incoming and outgoing material.
• High-light the non moving inventories at branch level and liquidate the same through other branches.
• Maintain and publish monthly MIS on indents v/s dispatches
