Roles and Responsibilities -

• Conduct quality checks on garments, textiles, and apparels to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Identify defects and irregularities in products and report them to relevant teams for rectification.
• Develop and implement effective QC processes to maintain high-quality output.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve overall productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile -

• 3+ years of experience in the textile & apparel industry, preferably as a Quality Assurance Executive or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, including fabric inspection, stitching, dyeing, printing, etc.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement in QC processes.
