Areas of Responsibilities:

• Planning of the garments Production, Line Planning, Target Fixation, Hourly Monitoring, WIP, Good work Method, Maintenance knowledge. Achievement of the plan. Capable of the Planning from cutting to Packing.
• Responsible for Production Meeting, Waste control, Schedule all Style to be cut, Sewn, Finished as per frame on time.
• Daily Basis Follow up of the Process.
• Able to implement and Monitor Continual improvement Project related to Production & Quality.
• Supervision of all Production Process in the Production floor. Involved in day to day Cutting, Printing, Embroidery, Stitching, Finishing, Packing.
• Guideline & close Monitoring in cutting, Printing, Embroidery, Stitching & Finishing Packing
• Quality checks Needs to be done at Various Check Points Production work flow, fore casting, Quality & Timely Deliveries.
• Implementing First time right concept.
• Suggestion to the Production department regarding various steps taken at the time of sampling.
• Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment.

Desired Candidate Profile

-HSC or SSC or any graduate or diploma

-Min. 1 years of exp. in production floor management in garments industry only

Education

UG: Other Graduate, Any Graduate, Diploma in Any Specialization

PG: Other Post Graduate, Any Postgraduate, Post Graduation Not Required
