Service Engineer/Maintenance Engineer

Duties

• Performing preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshooting problems with equipment and determining the cause of the issues
• Installing new equipment when necessary, such as wood working machines.
• Repairing broken equipment to restore functionality
• Communicating with clients to discuss repair options and schedules
• Reading schematics or blueprints to determine how to repair equipment
• Making adjustments to equipment such as replacing worn parts or setting controls
• Troubleshooting malfunctions in electrical systems such as power outages or electrical shorts
• Performing preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Automatic Beam saw, CNC Nesting Machine, CNC multi spindle router, Edge Banding Machine, Through feed drill machine, Wood Sanding machine, Vacuum membrane machines, spray paint line, Compressor.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, or related field

2+ years’ experience in customer service or technical support

Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Optional

4+ years’ experience in customer service or technical support

Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Advanced troubleshooting skill.
