We are seeking a skilled Odoo Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As an Odoo Developer, you will be responsible for customizing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Odoo applications to meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to understand their requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions within the Odoo framework.

Responsibilities:

Customize and develop Odoo modules based on client requirements.
Implement new features and functionalities in Odoo applications.
Integrate third-party systems and applications with Odoo.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using best practices.
Troubleshoot and debug Odoo applications to resolve issues.
Optimize Odoo applications for performance and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance testers.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers when needed.
Stay updated with the latest Odoo features, updates, and trends.
Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality standards are met.
Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3 to 4 years of experience as an Odoo Developer or similar role.
Proficiency in Python programming language.
Strong understanding of the Odoo framework and its core modules.
Experience in customizing and developing Odoo modules.
Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.
Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and ORM concepts.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Certification in Odoo development (optional, but preferred).
