Job Description

- Oversee end-to-end Odoo implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Coordinate with different stakeholders to understand business requirements and technical needs.
- Lead a small team of developers, mentoring them and ensuring best practices in coding and implementation.
- Monitor project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and manage risks to meet client expectations.
- Regularly communicate progress, challenges, and solutions with stakeholders.
- Analyze complex business requirements and provide technical solutions using Odoo.
- Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules to meet project-specific needs.
- Build and maintain integrations between Odoo and third-party systems via APIs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth system performance.
- Share innovative ideas to enhance system functionality and streamline workflows.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Odoo development and customization in the latest Odoo versions.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS.
- Experience developing front-end modules like eCommerce, POS, and eLearning.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL.
- Proven ability to set up interfaces between systems using APIs.
- Experience with Python unit testing is a plus.
- Familiarity with Git, Buildout, Jira, Confluence, and Linux (Ubuntu).
- Knowledge of other Python frameworks is an advantage.
- Should be familiar with Agile and Scrum methodology.
- You are available to join us in our Bangalore office from Day 1.
- You have strong communication and analytical skills.

- You have leadership qualities to mentor team members and manage stakeholder relationships.
- You can work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
