Job Description

We are looking for a Manager Digital Marketing to develop, Implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The role involves running advertising campaigns across Paid Social, Paid Search & display channels and driving traffic to Online and Offline Stores. Manager Digital Marketing will also be responsible for Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing and User engagement across Social channels. Optimizing digital marketing spends and getting the best ROI will be an important KPI

Role and Responsibilities:
-Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
-Design, build and maintain company`s social media presence.
-Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
-Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
-Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
-Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
-Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
-Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

Required :
- 3 to 4 Years Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
-Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
-Strong Knowledge of web analytics tools like GA, Net insight...etc.
-Strong Analytical skills and data-driven thinking
-Management/ Engineering degree from a reputed institute
