Director - Product Architecture (12-18 yrs)

Job Role :

- Design : Architect and design end-to-end technology solutions that meet business and product requirements, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.

- Product Development : Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to translate business requirements into Infra and Deployment technical specifications and deliverables.

- Innovation : Introduce and implement innovative technologies and practices that enhance the product's functionality, user experience, and market competitiveness.

- Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices and architectural standards are followed.

- Product Roadmap : Influence the product roadmap by providing insights into technical feasibility, cost, and timeline estimates for new features and improvements.

- Quality Assurance : Ensure the quality and reliability of product deliverables through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.

- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive Infra and Deployment architectural documentation, including design specifications, diagrams, and implementation plans.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX/UI, and marketing, to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.

- Risk Management : Identify potential technical risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the stability and reliability of the product.

- Feedback Loop : Establish and maintain a feedback loop with end-users and stakeholders to continuously improve the product based on real-world usage and feedback.

- Standards and Best Practices : Establishing Architecture standards and best practices to ensure consistency and maintainability across the organization. This includes defining naming conventions, data governance policies, and security protocols for data exchange.

- Technology Evaluation : Evaluating and selecting products/third party tools that best fit the organization's needs.

- Collaboration and Communication : Collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to understand integration requirements and constraints. Communicating the integration strategy, architecture, and roadmap effectively to all stakeholders.

- Prototyping and Proof of Concepts : Building prototypes and proof of concepts to validate integration solutions and demonstrate feasibility before full-scale implementation. This helps in identifying potential issues early in the process and refining the integration approach.

- Governance and Compliance : Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, data privacy laws, and security standards in all integration activities. Implementing governance mechanisms to monitor and enforce compliance throughout the integration lifecycle.

- Performance Optimization : Optimizing the performance of integrated systems by fine-tuning data flows, minimizing latency, and optimizing resource utilization. This may involve performance testing, capacity planning, and implementing caching mechanisms.

- Troubleshooting and Support : Providing support for troubleshooting critical Infra and Application issues and resolving technical challenges encountered during implementation. Collaborating with development teams and vendors to address issues and implement solutions.

- Continuous Improvement : Continuously evaluating and improving integration processes, technologies, and architectures to keep pace with evolving business needs and technological advancements. This involves staying updated on industry trends and emerging integration patterns.

- Play a critical role in shaping the product & technical vision for the team while working closely with product, business, and technology leadership across the company on a regular basis.

- Drive the product roadmap, leveraging analytics and advanced digital techniques to grow the adoption, and resulting revenue impact.

- Working closely with SME's to identify how technology products can help them solve business problems while managing expectations.

- Manage and engage closely with Product lead, technical lead and engineering partners from various vendor and partner organizations.

Required :

- Graduate in BE/BTech/MCA from a reputed University.

- Masters would be an advantage.

- 12+ years of experience in executing and implementing enterprise software implementations and 5+ years of experience as a Technical Architect/Product Architect

- Strong foundational experience in product/application design, architecture and maturity specifically in Microsoft technologies, preferably Azure.

- Experience implementing and supporting an enterprise-wide customer and employee enabling systems.

- Strong design, Cloud Infra architecture, and problem-solving skills with knowledge and experience in building solutions.

- Expertise in Hybrid cloud solutions (desirable) - Azure, GCP cloud related Infra and Deployment Architectures.

- The position requires good understanding of product and change management to drive the technology modernization agenda.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; interpersonal and collaborative skills; and the ability to communicate.
