Our teams work as agile squads made up of colleagues and business partners. We build and support agent-facing applications using cutting-edge technologies. Most of our applications run on AWS, using Java, React, and PHP with MySQL and Memcache for caching. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Java Developer with to join our dynamic team.

What you ll be doing
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Take ownership of modules and drive them to completion.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

The skills you ll need
Understanding of Agile methodologies.
Technology experience: You re a skilled software engineer with up-to-date skills and passionate about high-quality, secure, and performant software.
You re proactive about learning and coaching others.
You re proficient in agile ways of working.
You re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment as part of a DevOps culture.
You re proficient with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
You have experience with relational and NoSQL databases and knowledge of React.
You re a good communicator, able to advise technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience you would be expected to have
3-6 years of experience

Must have skills:
Strong experience in Java design and development.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
Experience with RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and microservices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in version control systems (e.g., Git).
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

Good to have skills:
Experience in UI technology, preferably React.
Understanding of AWS and Jenkins
