Solution Engineer - Okta/SailPoint (12-18 yrs)

Job Description :

Required Education & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with on- premises Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.

- Fluent communication in English

Required Competencies :

- Proficiency in managing AD forests, trusts, sites, and services.

- Strong understanding of hybrid identity environments, including AD Connect and Entra ID Connect.

- Expertise in PowerShell scripting and automation for Active Directory tasks.

- Familiarity with modern authentication protocols such as OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, and legacy protocols like NTLM and Kerberos.

- Experience in integrating AD with enterprise tools like Okta, SailPoint, or CyberArk is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience driving projects while working with cross-functional teams

- Design, Architect and Rollout required AD functionality, features and controls as appropriate to the company

As the AD Solution Engineer, key responsibilities include :

- Design and implement enterprise-grade Active Directory solutions, ensuring scalability and security.

- Lead the rollout of new Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID features across the enterprise, such as Passwordless Authentication, Conditional Access, and Privileged Identity Management.

- Develop and maintain automation scripts for managing AD environments using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or other tools.

- Develop powershell scripts or MS Graph API queries for key reporting requirements related to AD and Entra ID Integrate AD with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and Identity Governance tools.

- Oversee domain consolidation, migrations, and restructuring projects.

- Provide support for Kerberos, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and multi- factor authentication (MFA) implementations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver identity and access management solutions aligned with business needs.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to authentication, authorization, and AD replication.

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and IAM technologies.
