Job Description

1.Visit to all CFA s every month for CFA operations audit to complete minimum 3 CFA audit in a month.

2. Audit of CFA premises covered under shop establishment act and periodical renewal are in place, records are maintained in proper condition, warehouse is under proper storage, adequate fire extinguishers are placed at appropriate locations within the warehouse for the safety of the stocks.

3. Audit of CFA stock receive, store, sell and dispatch stocks after proper accounting and documentation based on the guidelines given by the company

4. Audit of the transactions of cheque deposition on the due date at all CFAs.

5. Audit of Storage and Material Handling - Audit of Market returned, Cold chain products, below 25-degree temperature products are properly stored.

6. Audit of CFA - Inventory - stock reconciliation shall be performed by comparing the actual and recorded stocks in the inventory module.

7. Audit of Invoicing - order punching, processing E-invoicing, Way bill generation.

8. Audit of Local Upcountry deliveries.

9. Audit of Customer service specification.

10. Audit of Inventory record accuracy via cycle counting
