Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Networks for potential new clients and follows up on existing ones
• Develops and maintains a list of properties
• Stays informed about current market conditions to properly guide clients 
• Accompanies clients to properties
• Addresses all client inquiries
• Facilitates negotiations and transactions
• Handles the necessary paperwork

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
• 3 to 5 years of industry sales experience a plus
• Familiarity with office software and phone systems
• Any state required real estate license
