Reporting To: National Head - MPS Sales / Business Unit Head
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager - Managed Print Services (MPS) to lead our efforts in promoting MPS and Document Solutions to corporate clients.
The role involves driving business growth, supporting the regional sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Promote Managed Print Services (MPS) and Document Solutions to corporate clients.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective regional sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly revenue and margin targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the regional sales team to drive performance and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with the Delivery and Operations teams to ensure commitments to customers are met.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Act as a point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Revenue Management:
- Ensure margin integrity and oversee timely payment collections.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and ensure the achievement of revenue targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in Managed Print Services or Document Solutions.
- 8+ years of experience in sales or business development, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of the MPS market and related technologies.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking with a strong business acumen.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve challenging targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
