Senior Manager QA/QC

Role & responsibilities

• To ensure that construction processes are carried out as per relevant specifications, IS Codes/ NBC or sound Engineering practices.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes, standards, and procedures & reports.
• Conduct material inspections and audits to verify compliance with quality standards.
• Perform tests on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Develop and document inspection criteria and procedures.
• To assess the quality of workmanship of a construction project based on the relevant approved standard and suggest the method to rectify the same.
• Support team to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues.
• Provide training to Site Engineers on quality control procedures and techniques.
• Maintain records of inspections, test results, and quality control activities.
• Prepare quality reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs),
