• Identifying and creating test scenarios
• Mentoring associate Quality Analysts
• Involved in Sprint planning and Test Execution
• Blackbox and Whitebox testing
• Functional testing for Salesforce applications across various clouds
• Non – Functional testing for Native, Hybrid, Responsive Web applications
• Contribute to Web and Mobile application testing initiatives (Native, Hybrid, Responsive Web testing etc.)

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for Salesforce applications to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify defects and implement fixes in a timely manner.
• Develop automated tests using Apex or other tools to improve testing efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Analyze data from various sources (e.g., logs, metrics) to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in Salesforce QA
• Strong understanding of SFDC principles and best practices for testing complex software systems.
• Strong knowledge related to Profiles, roles, security, workflows, validation rules, custom objects, reports, and dashboards is must
• Experience in documenting and analyzing processes, procedures, and/or policies. .
• Salesforce.com Administrator Certification (ADM201 or higher) is preferred
  
• Good knowledge of test management processes
  
• Good Knowledge of Agile implementations and contributing on the QA activities in a sprint
  
•  Ability to define, understand or conduct cross-browser and usability testing
  
• Hands on experience on performing functional/Non-Functional testing of web applications
