Job Title - Project Coordinator (Salesforce)

• Location - Pune (Hybrid), Nagpur (Hybrid)
• Position - Full Time

Responsibilities

• Assists clients in the design, business architect, process development, functional implementation, and support of Salesforce CRM Applications.
• Experience and demonstrate an understanding of overall SFDC architecture and platform.
• Effectively run business user design and user experience sessions.
• Provide experience in designing workflow rules to enforce business processes.
• Uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and SFDC CRM experience to lead business / functional discussions with the client and internal teams (design, build, test teams).
• Demonstrate experience in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methods for Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Understand the clients business pain points and offer a solution to address leveraging the Salesforce.com platform/ offerings.
• Provide experience in designing workflow rules to enforce business processes.
• Familiar with executing system and user acceptance testing, user adoption, change management, adoption, and training methods.
• Communicate issues, risks, and concerns proactively to management.
• Provide technical guidance leadership to small teams of programmers.
• Track and review the progress of project modules.
• Share Monthly/quarterly presentations to all stakeholders.
• Escalates blocking issues to appropriate teams.
• Monitors and manages project financials, scope, and schedule to ensure the project stays on track for assigned client projects.
• Drives implementations of high-quality cloud solutions.

Experience

• 4+ years experience as a project coordinator.
• Demonstrated project leadership skills, with direct responsibility for managing project teams, budget, and schedule.
• Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills; along with strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Experience implementing Small, Medium, and Enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
• Hands-on ability in the configuration.
• Create and manage project plans; monitor and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and plans as needed, and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success.
• Manage day-to-day execution of project implementations. Assist with the planning, tracking, documentation, and status updates for the project.
• Exercise solid project leadership skills combined with solid business acumen and in-depth analytic skills.

• Experience implementing Small, Medium, and Enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
• Extensive external consulting experience, including CRM consulting and hands-on experience with Salesforce.
• Effective decision-making and critical thinking skills for problem identification and solution recommendations.
