Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force (4-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom applications and solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce tools.

- Customize and configure Salesforce applications based on business requirements.

- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other internal or external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.

- Create and manage reports, dashboards, and automation tools using Salesforce functionality (e.g., Process Builder, Flow, Workflow Rules).

- Write unit tests for the code and ensure that solutions are delivered with the highest quality.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations, custom code, and integrations.

- Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration (e.g., Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Security Settings).

- Experience with integration tools and techniques (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.).

- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, including governor limits, security, and data management.

- Experience with Salesforce tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.

- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I or II).

- Experience with Agile methodologies.

- Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and Salesforce DX.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
