Job Description:

Role will manage end-to-end JioFiber business at the Unit Level and will be directly responsible for Manpower Availability (Boots on Ground), Productivity and Engagement

1 Ensure right manpower hiring as per the scope and provide necessary On the Job Training & Performance Coaching

2 Responsible for Achieving targeted sales revenues for FTTH business at the Unit/Territory as well as at individual team member level

3 Responsible for Building Acquisition & Society permissions for the assigned Unit/Territory

4 Maintaining Desired Level of Customer Satisfaction Index

5 Maintaining relationships with local authorities and handling any unforeseen situations and escalations

6 Conduct communication programs and campaigns for customer acquisition & engagement

Education - Graduation degree in any discipline, Post Graduation, MBA preferred
