1. Preparing & Submitting sales orders/quotations daily
2. Providing an order acknowledgement to the customer for every customer order
3. Providing delivery updates to the customer on a weekly basis for non-stock material orders
4. Attending to telephone/walk in and all other customer queries on a timely manner
5. Informing the sales team on a timely manner for any issues regarding to the execution of customer enquiries/quotations and orders
6. Providing sales and administrative support to sales team
7. Regular follow-ups with Credit/Logistics/Other departments for order execution
8. Escalate issues/queries to management on a timely manner for quicker resolutions
9. Preparing Weekly/Monthly order status reports
10. Adherence to the company policies and procedures.
11. Any other work assigned by your reporting manager.

Education: Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.

No. of Years of relevant Experience: 2 - 6yrs

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office

Proficient in SAP
