Sales Officer

Sales and Business Development:

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets for TMT steel bars.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including direct sales, partnerships, and B2B relationships with builders, contractors, wholesalers, and distributors.
• Analyze market trends and customers needs to identify potential for new product offerings or service improvements.
• Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.

• Team Management and Leadership:

• Lead, train, and motivate the regional sales and operations team to achieve their goals.

• Operations and Distribution:

• Oversee the distribution network in the region, ensuring efficient supply chain operations and timely delivery of products.

• Customer Relationship Management:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and business partners.

• Financial and Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the regional budget, ensuring effective cost control and resource allocation.

• Marketing and Brand Promotion:
