Sales Manager- Used Car Loan

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage dealer relationships to achieve business targets through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
  
• Develop and maintain a strong network of dealerships across India to drive revenue growth.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share in the used car loan segment.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations) to resolve issues related to dealer management, product knowledge, and process improvements.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in auto finance industry with expertise in used car loans or similar products.
  
• Strong understanding of car refinancing, dealer sales, and dealership management principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with dealerships and internal stakeholders.
  
• Ability to analyze data insights from various sources (e.g., MIS reports) to inform business decisions.
