About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Manager. This role focuses on corporate and government sales and involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with corporate clients, and driving sales for our range of security and telecom products. This role involves extensive fieldwork, building relationships with government clients, and closing sales that contribute to our growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, focusing on security products and telecom solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, understanding their unique requirements and presenting solutions that meet their needs.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to corporate clients, effectively communicating product value and benefits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals, pricing, and sales contracts.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, ensuring alignment with corporate sales goals and targets.
• Actively pursue networking opportunities, attending industry events, and establishing a strong corporate client network.
• Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to refine and improve sales strategies.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales, preferably within the security, and telecom.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and sales pitches.
