Principle Accountabilities:
1. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their financial requirements and providing tailored loan solutions.
2. Loan Assessment: Evaluate the creditworthiness of clients, reviewing financial statements, and credit reports to make lending decisions.
3. Loan Structuring: Structure loan deals that meet the specific needs of clients, ensuring they align with the NBFC's risk appetite and profitability goals.
4. Loan Portfolio Growth: Work on expanding the personal loan portfolio, acquiring new clients, and cross-selling other financial products and services.
5. Compliance: Ensure that all lending practices adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures.
6. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competition to identify opportunities for personal loan growth.
7. Customer Service: Provide ongoing support and excellent customer service to business clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Desired Profile:
1. Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or professional certifications related.
2. Should understand financial statements, key financial numbers, KYC documents, bank statement, GST etc.
3. Understanding of local language in the city is a must.
4. Should have strong network of at least 15-20 active DSAs, CAs, Connectors in the city.
5. Min. 3-5 years of experience in Personal Loan segment
